Operator Dial-Out
Ensures You Get All Your Parties On The Call 

Is your goal to have a seamless conference call and start on time?  We are here to make it happen when you need to connect with domestic or foreign participants. Take the pressure off having to connect parties yourself by calling/emailing us to schedule an Operator Dial-Out.

An operator will greet you on the line and connect you to your parties. Following the successful connection, you have the option to have the operator stay with you throughout the call to manage any disruptions or drop from the call as soon as all parties are connected.

Basic Operator-Assisted Call
Simultaneous Primary & Sub-Conferences, Question & Answer Facilitation 

This service is ideal for any calls involving Speakers or VIPs. While invited parties are dialing into the call, speakers will be in a separate room with your lead operator. Updates of how many people have joined the call as well as other sensitive details can be discussed in private. When cued, the lead operator will introduce any speakers with a script previously agreed upon and the call will begin. All parties will be muted for assurance of no interruption during the presentation.

There will then be an opportunity to hold Q&A, where participants will have the option to “raise their hand” by pressing #1 on their touchtone phones.  The operator will un-mute one party at a time to ask their question in the order it was received. The party will be muted once more and this process will continue until all questions have been answered.

Full Service Operator-Assisted Call
Participant List and Polling 

In addition to the Basic Operator-Assisted Call services, the Full Service option includes a participant list. As the participants join, they will be asked to state their name and organization. If Q&A is performed, the name of each person asking a question will be announced by your lead operator. At the conclusion of the call, a participant list will be emailed to you.

Try our polling capability! Whether yes/no questions are asked or a range of choices are given, participant responses can be recorded. Following the call a polling report will be emailed to you including a breakdown of your results.

Participant List Only
A Team of Civicom Operators to Welcome Your Attendees

If you would like to collect a participant list, but have no need for Q&A, this service is available as well. Civicom will deploy a team of operators to welcome all the attendees of your call.  The number of operators will depend on the number of attendees you are expecting to join the event. Once the call begins, the operators will leave the call and send you a list of parties that joined.

* Your calls can be recorded. Just request this before the start of the call.
